07/2013
The CAPVINA brand is born
Vietnam Steel Wire Rope Co., Ltd. was founded under the CAPVINA brand, supplying steel wire rope and lifting accessories to the domestic market.
2013 – 2019
Strong growth
CAPVINA quickly expanded its customer network nationwide and became a familiar name among contractors, factories and construction companies in the wire rope industry.
2020
Record revenue – and the pandemic shock
The company achieved its highest revenue since founding. In the same year, the Covid-19 pandemic broke out and disrupted all business activities.
2020 – 2022
A period of challenge
The prolonged impact of the pandemic forced the company to pause operations and restructure. It was our most difficult time – and the time we learned our most valuable lessons.
After 2022
Rebirth and regional expansion
Bao Bap Vietnam Co., Ltd. was established to handle manufacturing and import. The business quickly regained its position and expanded into Laos and Cambodia with crane wire rope, lifting accessories and mooring products.

The CAPVINA brand has been repositioned under a new legal entity, with the websites capvina.com and capvina.vn. Bao Bap Vietnam serves as our manufacturing and import arm, ensuring stable supply and consistent quality.

In 2013, we started with a simple wish: to bring good steel wire rope – right for the job and at the right price – to our customers. Over the next seven years, thanks to your trust, CAPVINA grew day by day and became a familiar name in the industry.
Then the pandemic came. There were moments when it seemed everything would have to stop. But it was in those difficult times that I understood what matters most: customers need more than a product. They need a partner who understands their work – who helps them choose the right rope, with reliable quality and a fair price.
We stood up again, restructured and rebuilt CAPVINA on a foundation of sincerity and responsibility. Today, CAPVINA serves customers across Vietnam and has expanded to Laos and Cambodia, with products that are quality-declared and independently inspected.
